The condominiums belong to four different categories depending on their size. The condominiums will have one, two or three bedrooms, living room with kitchenarea, one, two or three bathrooms and big balconies with a wonderful sea view. 
There will be a big common swimming pool and a nice pool area with a restaurant, a pub, a minimart, a gym and a service office.The project has been overseen with great care, and attention to detail, using only the best materials of the highest quality.
The Phuket Sirae will be a privet area surrounded by a picturesque wall that will fit in to the area. There will be three types of houses with condominiums. On the hill you will find the villas C house with 12 condominiums with a living area of 82 square metres.
On the flat land there will be a common pool with exotic garden, restaurant, pub and aservice office for your convenience.
Near the pool you will find the B-house that contains 26 condominiums of different sizes. The smallest will have a living area of 60 square meteres.
